Siteglide Account Plans have been replaced by our Partner Programmes. This document remains solely as reference for anyone previously on these plans.
To best serve our customers we have 3 Account Plans:
Business, Agency and Agency Pro.
These plans do not limit what you can build in Siteglide at all, they simply define what access, management, support and pricing you get as a Siteglide customer.
Siteglide is built for Digital Agencies and we can provide better service overall if we support agencies to support their clients. If you are not a Digital Agency and manage your own website(s) we strongly recommend contacting one of our Experts who can work directly with you to get the most from Siteglide.

Business
Our Business plan is the default plan that you start on when you sign up and is available free of charge. This is perfect for businesses looking to build their own website on Siteglide or small agencies/freelancers looking to just build one website at a time. See the image above for full details of what's included but here are the key points:
- You will only be able to build 10 Trial sites at a time and can only extend each to a maximum of 90 days before needing to make it a paid Site (otherwise it will be deleted).
- You will not receive any discounts on our licence fees.
- You will not have access to features such as Site Copy, White-labelling, Alpha Access and will not receive a free Agency site.
- You will receive Account only support and will need to work with 3rd parties for additional assistance (we have Experts we can recommend, see our Support Policy)
- You do not get a Support SLA but we aim to always respond within 2 working days* (often far quicker).
- You would need to self-onboard and get full access to all our online resources and Launchpad checklist tool. You can also opt for our Launchpad Pro service to accelerate your experience and capabilities with Siteglide.
Agency
Our Agency plan is where small to mid-size Agencies might start out but we strongly recommend looking at the benefits of the Agency Pro plan. This plan allows you to build sites simultaneously and provides some great additional features. See the image above for full details of what's included but here are the key points:
- You will be able to build up to 25 sites simultaneously and extend each for up to 180 days.
- You will receive a 20% discount on Siteglide licence fees for sites that you put live while on the Agency plan.
- You will have access to the Site Copy and White-labelling features.
- You will not get Alpha Access or receive a free Agency site.
- You will receive Account and Troubleshooting support and will need to work with 3rd parties for additional assistance (we have Experts we can recommend, see our Support Policy)
- You will have a 1 working day* response SLA for support queries.
- You would need to self-onboard and get full access to all our online resources and Launchpad checklist tool. You can also opt for our Launchpad Pro service to accelerate your experience and capabilities with Siteglide.
- We also offer a fee waiver where if you have (and maintain) at least 10 paid sites with us you get the Agency plan free of charge (saving $2000 per year).
Agency Pro
Our Agency Pro plan is for digital agencies really looking to accelerate and maximise their experience with using Siteglide. It allows you to take full advantage of our maximum discounts, build unlimited sites, get full access to all our Agency features and get the best support to ensure you succeed. See the image above for full details of what's included but here are the key points:
- You will be able to build unlimited Trial Sites and extend them indefinitely.
- You will receive a massive 40% discount on Siteglide licence fees for sites that you put live while on the Agency Pro plan.
- You will have access to the Site Copy and White-labelling features.
- You will also get Alpha Access and receive a free Agency site (up to the Mini Plan 2023). Please reach out via our live chat whe you are ready to make your free Agency Site live and we will process it manually for you.
- You will receive Account and Technical support to help you get the most from Siteglide (See our Support Policy)
- You will have a 4 working hour* response SLA for support queries.
- You will receive our Launchpad Pro service free of charge (worth $1000) to help get you up to speed on the platform but also answer any questions and help map out your first project.
- The Free Agency Site must be used to promote Siteglide and offer web development services to businesses.
- We also offer a fee waiver where if you have (and maintain) at least 50 paid sites with us you get the Agency plan free of charge (saving $5000 per year).
*Working day/hours is 8am-6pm GMT.
