Answer:
We haven't added a "catalogues" feature to eCommerce, because we believe our Categories feature is more flexible and powerful.
- You can use Categories across any of our WebApps and Modules
- You can assign more than one type of item, e.g. an eCommerce Product and a WebApp item to the same Category.
- The hierarchy of categories is completely up to you- if required, you can create root categories for "catalogues" or "blog topics" to keep those categories separate from other types.
- All Category Data is available in
{% context.exports.categories %}so you can access it anywhere on any Liquid Page.
