You can give your new Liquid Page a URL slug (sometimes referred to as a handle) of your choice in the Page Details tab when you build your Page. Please don't add a file extension like .html here as it won't be supported.
URL Redirects can be used to direct traffic visiting your old URL to your new one. Additionally, an SEO-friendly 301 code will tell Search Engines to treat this as your new Page.
