The Client Details tab provides you with the following information:

  • ID - Unique identifier of the client, the support team may ask you for this.

  • Name - Name of the client company within your Siteglide Portal, which can be edited.

  • Contact Email - Primary Contact email, which can be edited. May be used for automated system emails if your client is paying for their site subscription via Client Connect.

  • Agency - The name of the owning Agency of this client.

How do you view 'Clients Details'?

First off, navigate to your list of Clients, click on the name of a Client, or the pencil icon on the right hand side to see Client Details.
