eCommerce patch - 0.9.4

Bug fix - When using Stripe, the following situations will have caused a payment form to fail.

If the logged in customer was deleted from Stripe, but not Siteglide
If the logged in customer was created in Stripe when using test mode, and the Payment Gateway is now using live mode
If the logged in customer was created in a different Stripe account (i.e. the site now uses a different Stripe account)
