System Emails are where you manage and customise emails sent out for resetting passwords or updating Subscriptions.

Introduction

System Emails can be managed and edited in a similar way to workflows and autoresponders. System Emails can be found within Site Manager.

Available System Emails

You can currently edit the content of the following system emails:

  • Secure Zones - Password Reset
  • Subscription User Action Required - When a Subscription within eCommerce has been unable to be processed, this email will be sent out to those who need to action something on their account.
